Go on Amazon and look at their top 100 list in non-fiction. Look at what the hot topics are. Study them, research them. And then hire someone to write about it with your unique twist. Everyone has a unique twist. Just make yours trendy, in the current hot topics of the day. Check out the New York Times Bestseller List for non-fiction. Do the same thing you just did with Amazon. If you find a couple of things that repeat in both places, you have your subject. Now that was not hard, was it?
